As Ackert Supplies is not a repair or service facility, units or parts that become defective or need service after field use, MUST be returned to the manufacturers designated repair facility for all repairs and service under the terms of the manufacturers warranty agreement.
But please call us first as most times it is operator error, poor batteries, and not a faulty machine.

It is the customers responsibility to to return any item defective.
