XP Deus carry bag

The bag is well padded and long. You can easily hold the detector and a couple of coils plus any additional gear you need for the Deus. As there is no rigidity to the set up, if you carry it suitcase style it droops. It functions best as a backpack and you need to place heavier items at the bottom as there are no restraining straps internally. Only the top opens up and it does not have a full zip. The larger attached pouch on the top section has enough width and depth to hold headsets or bits. The flat bottom puch can hold a coil but not the lower rod. The bag gives adequate protection for say, putting in your car to save the unit from being bumped about or for carrying as a back pack. Not suitable for airline or bus loaded as it has no crush protection. I found it challenging to put my belt with finds pouch, and tools in the top section due to width. I ended up putting them into a small satchel and placing them inside the first 1/2 of the bag as the coils and rest of the detector had slipped to the bottom. It worked and was usable for organizing for the car. 3 stars as I was looking for a single bag to carry all my stuff for a days outing, realizing that it is best for just the detector related items. The bag folds up nicely.
